HONOLULU, Hawaii (April 3, 2010) - Rear Admiral Douglas J. McAneny, Commander, Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet, addresses more than 500 Pearl Harbor-based submariners and their guests at the Hilton Hawaiian Village during the submarine force's ball,  April 3. “One hundred and ten years ago, John P. HONOLULU, Hawaii (April 3, 2010) - Lt. j.g. Scott Tedrick, USS Louisville (SSN 724), the most recently qualified submariner, Capt. John Peters (Ret.), longest qualified, and Rear Admiral Douglas J. McAneny, Commander, Submarine Force U.S. Pacific Fleet, take part in the cake cutting at the annual Submarine Ball. This year’s festivities marked the 110th anniversary for the submarine force where more than 500 Pearl Harbor-based submariners and their guests attended the ball at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, April 3.   (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Ronald Gutridge / Released)
