USS Frank Cable Receives Battle Efficiency Award

(JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii) – Rear Adm. Frank Caldwell, Commander Submarine Force, U. S. Pacific Fleet (COMSUBPAC) presents the COMSUBPAC 2011 Battle Efficiency (Battle “E”) award to Capt. Pete Hildreth, commanding officer of the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) at the Skipper’s Lounge, Lockwood Hall onboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Jan.24. The Battle “E” is an award of merit presented to the most proficient ship in each squadron and recognizes sustained superior technical performance and continual combat readiness throughout the year.
